About Us
ATM Property Management is a family owned business operated by Kim Tarbell and her staff of professionals. Jeff Tarbell established the business in 1998 and still actively contributes to its success.
We started with one investor's portfolio of properties which included: Office Buildings, Retail Buildings, Industrial/Warehouse Facilities and Raw Land. At the time we started managing these properties, occupancy was about 65%. Today occupancy is about 97%!
In 2007 there was a dramatic increase in residential home owners interested in having us manage their investment properties. Many of these homes were listed for sale, but were not moving in the slow market.
Rather than simply watch their profits go down the drain, they decided to let us convert them into cash flow machines. Which is exactly what we did.
As we continue to expand and manage more properties, it is our goal to keep one thing in mind: Maintain the highest level of professional service to both owners and tenants. What could be more important than that?
